Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We take a 25% deposit to secure the date, which will be deducted from your balance due at the end of the party. Unfortunately, since we will be holding the date, the deposit is non-refundable unless for reasons out of our control. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% in total.
